Investigate
Most of a repair is finding out how the water is gaining access. We look before we quote, because a leak estimate without investigation is a guess.

Open it up
In most cases the source cannot be found without removing the existing roofing. We keep the disturbed area as small as we can to save you money.
- iii.
Repair right
When the damage calls for it, rotted wood comes out, the deck is re-pitched for drainage and new membrane goes down. Quality always comes first.

Leave it clean
We handle everything from prep to clean up. And yes, we leave the site absolutely clean.
